The RC95 is a recumbent exercise bike. This provides a cardio workout similar to that of regular exercise bikes but in a unique relaxed posture, providing addition support for the back and posture as well as allowing a more comfortable workout.

There are
many good reasons to purchase a recumbent bike. Like exercise bikes, recumbent bikes
can help users achieve their fitness goals and lose weight without exposing yourself to
strain on joints or injuries.
Training too hard in the beginning of your exercise program can lead to injuries and
may encourage you to quit because you may feel it will be too hard and not worth the
effort. By working out at a constant, regulated pace at which you cycle, recumbent
bikes allow intensive cardio workouts while avoiding this common exercise mistake.
Small adjustments can be made as your fitness improves, which fine-tuness your
training intensity with increment adjustments of speed and resistance.
Exercise whenever you want, in the comfort of your own home, at anytime of the day.
You may even be able to maximise the use of your time by doing other things such as
watching TV or listening to your favourite music.
Weather will not be an issue, as recumbent bikes are indoor exercise equipment. Feel
free to cycle away in an indoor, comfortable environment whilst being able to simulate
terrain challenges through adjusting the resistance to simulate steep inclines.
There are
a number of differences between a recumbent bike and an exercise bike. Recumbent bikes
have completely different body positions relative to the upright or the spin bikes. On
a recumbent bike, you are in a more horizontal position, with the pedals out of in
front of you. This causes you to work your glutes and legs harder than an upright bike.
The downside is that it is less flexible with workout variations, where a user using an
upright/spin bike can stand up in the pedals to simulate climbing a hill on an outdoor
bike.
Recumbent bikes are generally more comfortable because you will be in a reclined
position with your back supported and legs out in front of you. This positioning allows
multiple benefits such as:
1. Riding on an upright bike for long periods can hurt your lower back or buttocks.
2. The reclined position also suits and allows people with back pain to perform
cardio workouts without causing any back pain. Upright bikes can put too much stress on

3. Allows easy, natural form to maintain a good posture. Users riding on an upright
bike may slip into a slouched position, causing upper body postural distortions from
muscle imbalances. When in a reclined position on an recumbent bike, you are forced to
sit in an upright position, producing a better posture.
